A board-certified Physician Associate certified by the NCCPA, Stephanie has been practicing aesthetic medicine for 14 years. She began her career in aesthetic dermatology on Park Avenue in New York City, before bringing that refined, detail-driven standard of care to plastic surgery in New Jersey — where she had the honor of creating Arria Medspa.

Since 2015, Stephanie has trained fellow injectors and laser providers in her signature approach: natural, gentle technique rooted in restraint rather than excess, and focused on the patient experience. She has been named a Master Injector three years running by the Foundation for Aesthetic Medical Excellence, and her work has earned a steady stream of five-star patient reviews through Arria Medspa and Plastic Surgery Group in Montclair, NJ.

Stephanie founded Strategic Beauty Advisors to build something the industry rarely offers: independent advisory guidance with no financial stake in any treatment recommendation. She now leads a growing team of advisors united by that same philosophy — helping clients feel safe and informed at every step of their aesthetic journey, with a long-term plan built around where they want to end up, not just what they want done today. That means honest conversations about pacing, sequencing, and when it makes sense to consider more advanced options, including surgical goals down the road.
